1. Fees

AdAgentz charges 15% of your monthly ad spend, billed monthly in arrears, with a minimum of £120 / €140 / $150 per month. The first two to three pilot businesses run free of AdAgentz fees. Your ad spend goes straight to OpenAI from your own ad account - it never passes through us.

2. Your ad account

Campaigns are built on your own OpenAI ad account, using an API key you provide. You own the account and its data. You can revoke our access at any time; revoking stops our management immediately.

3. Caps and approvals

Every campaign is created paused. Nothing runs until you reply APPROVE to the exact draft, and nothing can exceed the budget caps you set - a lifetime cap, and never more than £25 a day in the pilot. Edits after approval create a new draft that needs its own APPROVE.

4. Your claims warranty

You warrant that every claim in your ads (prices, offers, results) is true and appears on your own website. We check ad claims against your site before anything runs and may refuse or pause ads with claims we cannot verify. We may also refuse categories listed in the Ad content policy.

5. Results

We report outcomes - calls, orders and visits - not just impressions, and we pause what is not working. We do not guarantee any level of results.

6. Pause, cancel, refunds

Text PAUSE any time and delivery stops; nothing spends while paused. You can cancel the service at any time; fees already due for delivered spend remain payable. If we bill you in error, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect amount. Pilot fees, where charged, are only ever on spend actually delivered.

7. Data

Reporting you receive is aggregate numbers only. We never show you anyone's conversation content, and we never show anyone yours. See the Privacy Policy.
