Terms of Service

Last updated 20 October 2026. AdAgentz is operated by [Legal entity name to be added], [Registered office address to be added], company number [Company number to be added]. Contact: adagentzteam@gmail.com.

1. The service

AdAgentz is an ads agent for small and medium-sized businesses. You tell us your website, goal and budget over iMessage or WhatsApp. We draft a clearly-labelled sponsored ad, you approve it in the same chat, and we build the campaign on your own advertising account, paused until you say otherwise. In the pilot, ads run on the ChatGPT Ads platform using your own OpenAI ad account.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent to you by iMessage or WhatsApp. Codes expire, are single-use, and are never shown on screen. You are responsible for activity from your number.

3. The pilot

The first pilot group runs free of AdAgentz fees. Ad spend on your own OpenAI account is always yours and subject to OpenAI's own terms. Pilot features can change or be withdrawn; we will always tell you before a change affects a running campaign.

4. Our standing rules

5. Acceptable use

Some categories and behaviours are not allowed on the service. See the Ad content policy. Breaking it can end your access.

6. Advertiser terms

If you advertise with us, the Advertiser Terms also apply and cover fees, billing, caps, approvals and refunds.

7. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee ad results, leads or revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending the service

You can stop any time: text PAUSE to halt campaigns, and delete your account in the app. We can suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

[Governing law and courts to be confirmed with the entity, expected England and Wales]
