1. The programme

Agents and sites can show AdAgentz sponsored suggestions when the network opens in Phase 2. Registering now reserves your place and costs nothing.

2. Revenue share

Hosts earn 70% of the ad revenue on their serves at launch. If a market-leader switch happens, the share moves to 60%, with existing hosts grandfathered under their launch terms. Payouts are monthly with a plain breakdown statement, paid via Stripe Connect once payouts open.

3. Non-negotiable display rules

• Every ad is labelled Sponsored, visually separate from your content or your agent's answer.
• The ad never alters your agent's answer, and your agent does not read or reference the ad unless the user explicitly asks.
• At most one ad per response or slot.
• No match, a muted category, the frequency cap or a sensitive topic returns no ad - show nothing.
• Every "not helpful" signal is passed back to us.

4. Prohibited behaviour

No incentivised clicks, self-clicking, bot traffic or mislabelled placements. Fraud ends participation and forfeits unpaid share.

5. Data

You send us the current query or page context and an anonymous user reference. You must not send conversation transcripts or personal data. Advertisers only ever receive aggregate outcome numbers.

6. Leaving

You can leave at any time; accrued share up to the leaving date is paid on the normal cycle.
