Draft - pending legal review
Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026. AdAgentz is operated by [Legal entity name to be added], [Registered office address to be added], company number [Company number to be added]. Contact: adagentzteam@gmail.com.
1. Who we are
AdAgentz ([Legal entity name to be added]) is the data controller for the service. Contact: adagentzteam@gmail.com.
2. What we store
- Advertisers: phone number, brief (site, goal, budget), draft ads, approval records, billing status and aggregate campaign results.
- Ad viewers (Phase 2 network): an anonymous user reference, serve decisions (what was shown or why nothing was), mutes and clears.
- Sign-in security: one-time codes (expiring, single-use, never displayed) and attempt counters.
3. What we never do
- Advertisers never see conversation content - reporting is aggregate numbers only.
- Ads match on the current question only. We build no stored advertising profile of you.
- Sensitive conversations (health, politics, money trouble and similar) carry no ads, and we keep no matching data from them.
- We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)
Contract (providing the service you asked for), legitimate interest (keeping ads relevant and the service secure) and consent where required (messaging opt-in, optional cookies).
5. Retention and deletion
Ad-data records for viewers are deleted on request ("clear my ad data") and otherwise kept no longer than 12 months. Advertiser records are kept while the account is active plus the period tax law requires. Deleting your account in the app removes your advertiser profile.
6. Processors and transfers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, database), Stripe (payments) and OpenAI (ad delivery on advertiser accounts). Where data moves outside the UK/EU, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to processing, by emailing adagentzteam@gmail.com. UK users can complain to the ICO; EU users to their local authority. US state residents (including California) hold equivalent rights under state law, which we honour on request.
